My stay was ok but below expectations compared to other 4-5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. First, I paid for breakfast for 2 but it was for a buffet only option which only had scrambled or boiled eggs. Therefore, if you wanted an omelette, egg whites or oatmeal for example, it came with an extra charge. Secondly, complimentary water is only for your 1st night stay. In my experience 4-5 star hotels don’t try and nickel and dime you for everything. I can go on but my point is, provide a decent breakfast without the extra charges and basic water should always be complimentary.

The hotel was a perfect option in getting to the cruise terminal which we needed. It was very clean, also Extremely to the Venezia/Mestre train station. The buffet breakfast was an added great touch to ending our stay before checking out. Staff were very friendly and spoke English.
