The following beaches are nearby: Manasota Key Beach is 10 min by car, Nokomis Beach is a 18 minute drive and Siesta Key Beach is 30 minutes away. Manasota Key Beach is original and natural, Nokomis Beach is still a secret and Siesta Key beach with its world famous white, beautiful shell beach of pure quartz (voted the best beach in the USA for several years).
And the parking is for free at the beaches!
Shamrock Park and Nature Center is only 8 minutes: Play tennis for free or explore Florida's nature, by taking our bicycles on a 17 km long trail or just do a hike. For children there is a large children's playground and basketball court and much more in this gorgeous 32. hectare park.
Our quiet, yet centrally located tropical villa Lemon Tree leaves nothing to be desired - this can be completely relaxing holidays for you.

Large air-conditioned house in quiet area of Venice, with German assistance, free TV, telephone, high speed Internet. For up to 6 people, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bath / WC and tub, 1bath / WC and shower. For self-catering you can use a fully equipped open kitchen (4 ceramic hobs with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, dishes, utensils, etc.) with a breakfast counter available. All common household appliances (vacuum cleaner, iron, toaster, gas grill for outdoor use, coffee maker. Etc.) and textiles (towels, sheets, etc.) are present. 4 new bikes are also available.
Furthermore, a new washing machine and a new dryer are waiting for your laundry.

The pool water is purified through a salt unit, which has the advantage that the water is only loaded with little chlorine. The salinity of the water in turn is so low that there is little "salty" taste.

The 'Intracoastal Waterway' (a huge waterway), marvelous bays, various rivers, countless channels and the coastline offer pretty much the best thing that the boat enthusiasts, divers and anglers could want. You can use the jetty of the settlement. Whether you are a fanatic beach goer or just want to relax, Venices numerous long, white sandy beaches offer something for everyone. And the best part is that even in high season the beaches are still empty .
The airport of Ft. Myers is 50 min drive from Venice. Other airports are Sarasota (40 min), Tampa (90min), Orlando (150min) and Miami (180min).
In Venice you find a sports airfield, with great training opportunities for private pilots. There are also round and charter flights. There are several boat rentals in Venice. In Florida, it is possible to operate high-performance boats for rent and without a license. It is only a short briefing, which is made from boat rentals, necessary. Ask us about a boat rental.
