「Stayed one night for vacation. Room was very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Got a bottle of sparkling wine as welcom gift. Easy walking around. 」

「We had a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everything was wonderful. The location is excellent. 」

「Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile」

「The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.」

「很舊的酒店，當晚入住時房間冷氣是壞的，真叫人受不了，那時威尼斯白天有38度，房間就像是烤箱，而且酒店還一付無可奈何的樣子，根本就是欺負我們東方人，是我老公一直不放棄要飯店處理，隔天下午才派人來，我們放棄了半天的行程在房間等，真是很不好的經驗。所有住過的5星酒店，這是讓我覺得服務最糟的。」
