“The club room was spacious and excellent. It was on the ground floor. It had a nice lounge area in the room. The breakfast was good and service was excellent. Staff need to make sure there are enough toilet rolls in the room. It was very convenient as we attended a wedding at Kesarval. Thanks. Will stay there again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants was out of……

Despite its serene setting, it is centrally located within walking distance of the Basilica of Bom Jesus. The food at the hotel is excellent, but what really sets Miros apart is the staff: they are exceptionally professional, discreet yet always present, and unfailingly warm and gracious. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We loved our time at Miros and enjoyed every……

“The view from the room was outstanding, with green fields, water buffalo and the sounds of birds. The sea was just a short stroll away and was glorious. The pool was lovely and clean, although there weren't many sun beds and only one umbrella. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. ”

“Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and cooperative, which made the experience comfortable. There are a few areas where improvement is possible. The hotel provided only half-liter water bottles; offering 1-liter bottles, as is standard in many hotels, would be appreciated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and had to be reported twice before it was resolved.”
