Everything right from Check in to check out was flawless. Breakfast was one of the best highlight of our trip - very extensive and all freshly prepared.

「The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor.
This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff.
