「窗户没有窗帘，只有一个薄薄的窗纱，我们住的房间，窗外有灯，整个晚上都很亮，影响睡眠」

「I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels.」

「Friendly staff」

「Quiet and comfortable」

「Convenient location. Spacious room. Very good breakfast.」

「👍👍」

「There are no grab bars in the shower. There is one grab bar outside on the wall, but once the shower curtain is closed access to it is limited. Some adults, especially seniors are fall risk and prone to falling, so having a couple of grab bars inside the tub area is invaluable. It would also have been nice to have a towel rack to hang our wet towels.」

「酒店位于圣母大学学校中心，所以访校的话绝对是最佳位置。」

「Stayed the night before my wedding, paid for a king suite with a sofa bed but received a single queen standard room and was told that there “wasn’t much of a rate difference” and was given no explanation as to why I didn’t get the correct room. (My friends that paid for standard rooms, checked in after I did, got rooms that were bigger than mine and that had a sofa bed.) after a fire alarm evacuation at 11 pm, which I understand is no fault of the hotel, there was water pouring from the bathroom...

「The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options.」
