Don't pass up this amazing opportunity to relax and unwind in this 12th floor large 3-bedroom 2 -bathroom Seascape II condo. The balconies are all built out giving this unit a spacious appearance but opens to outside for great ocean breeze. Open living & dining room area with 50 in. flat screen TV. Kitchen & bathrooms have granite countertops. Master bedroom has king size bed, 32 in. flat screen TV, walk-in shower in master bathroom, & large walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two twins & third bedroom has queen bed. This condo has panoramic views from many full-size windows capturing a view of the Atlantic Ocean, Inlet, Intercoastal and over looks 120 acres of beautiful Ocean Village. Amazing central location near main pool, restaurant and Tiki Bar. Beautiful community with 24 hr. manned guard gate, Tiki Bar, community pools, 9-hole executive golf course, tennis, bocce, and other amenities with private beach accesses throughout the property.

*Processing Fees are Non-Refundable

50%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
25%: 60 Days prior to Check-In Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and $500 Refundable Security Deposit

Very much enjoyed the whole complex. Grounds were immaculate, golf course in perfect condition, and beach not crowded.
