“Excellent everything”

“We had an awesome stay at Fairfield Inn! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Gladys at the complimentary breakfast bar for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. Her positive attitude truly made our mornings even better. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying here again!”

“Arrived at 3:40, wanting to check in. Agent told me I couldn't check in until 4. I had a mtg. at 5 so had a tight schedule. Wanted to go swimming for 30-45 minutes, but since agent wouldn't let me in I changed clothes to get ready for my mtg. and wasn't able to go swimming. Check out time is 11:00 and I had to hit the road early, so wasn't able to use the amenities. Having such a late check-in with no flexibility is bad customer service. Breakfast was pretty bad. There were grounds in the hot……

“The property does not match the pictures online the quality is much much less the rooms are dirty the air conditioning doesn't work the refrigerator don't work there were holes in the walls the paint is coming off they were stains on the sheets from blood and what look like bed bugs and they were blood drops all over the bathroom as well as the bathtub was cracking and there were holes all over the walls and the bathroom oh yeah and the best part not one drop of soap in the entire place 10 out……

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……
