「Excellent property for our girl's weekend in NYC celebrating my friend's 60th birthday. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space in this beautiful, clean brownstone on the Upper West Side. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had great communication from property management. Would definitely stay here again with a group.」

Booking experience was not good, the address is not what is listed in ad, which ended up having the limo for my daughter’s wedding go to wrong place. Management doesn’t contact you with any details until the the day you checkin. They should at least acknowledge you immediately and let renters know they will send codes on check-in day. 「It was a fantastic place overall. No concerns whatsoever. Great neighborhood. Good price. Only thing would be a sofa bed available but this is minor. I would gladly stay there again. It was such a great setting for a memorable time with my extended family.」

「Loads of room. Six adults stayed here in cozy comfort. Locarion is highly desirable. Easy access to everything from museums/central park uptown, festivities and shopping midtown, shopping/ walking/sightseeing downtown. Plentiful choices of restaurants within three or four blocks - ranging from bagels to steaks and oysters. Photogallery of this property accurate.」

「It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. Would recommend it to anybody else」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」
