We had an amazing stay at this place! The house is super cozy, with a lovely private garden where we enjoyed meals outside. It's in a peaceful area, but still close to the beach and everything you need – cafes, restaurants, and shops are all nearby. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spacious, newly built/renovated villa with our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The house was immaculately clean, modern, and extremely child-friendly, making it perfect for families. It featured 2 bathrooms, a charging station for electric cars, and excellent security, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a 4-minute walk to the train station, which made exploring the area super convenient without needing a car. The highlight was the amazing host—super responsive, kind, and always ready to help when needed. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts upon arrival, which made the experience feel extra special. The villa had everything we needed and more, from comfort to convenience, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, family-friendly place with exceptional service.

Nous avons séjourné 9 nuit à 8 personnes dans cette jolie maison récente et agréable, composée de 2 bâtiments indépendants qui était très propre dès notre arrivée. Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour le joli panier de bienvenue. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Globalement, notre séjour s’est très bien passé avec une très bonne communication avec belcanto villa, merci beaucoup à Daniele qui était notre interlocuteur.

Gli appartamenti sono abbastanza spaziosi e arredati in modo perfetto. È presente qualsiasi comfort, tra cui lavatrice/lavastoviglie/condizionatore ecc… e ognuno di essi presenta un video guida su come utilizzarli al meglio! Oltre ad avere tutti gli utensili utili per la cucina. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questa casa.

Nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Felt perfectly safe walking around with my family. Near the main strip of town. A bit of a walk to the beach but it was easy to find. Train station was about a 5 minute walk away (but it's a small town stop so there be aware of limited connection times). We were 2 families so we booked both houses. The x3 house was a very tight squeeze for 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids). But overall this was well stocked and a wonderful place to base for our Tuscany adventures. Cinque Terre was our favorite day trip! Pisa and Lucca were both beautiful as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza fantastica in questa casa. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità ma vuole anche essere vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi. La casa è ben arredata e accogliente, con un bel giardino che è stato perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Anche il barbecue all'aperto è stato un grande plus per le nostre cene sotto le stelle! I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. Sicuramente torneremo!
