「The room is pretty small」

「櫃檯人員十分親切，很多服務詢問後都會協助。但房間與浴室非常小，一次只能讓一個行李箱攤開。但是離維多利亞車站非常近，走路5分鐘即可到達，靠近餐廳、超市，方便的地方。」

「地點優越，步行十分鐘便到Victoria Plaza, 穿過商場便到火車站，去哪兒也方便。房間整潔，但因為環保關係，不會提供牙膏牙刷、拖鞋。清潔服務也是要通知才會入房清潔，還會問你要清潔哪些地方。凌晨12:00至第二天早上8:00都沒有人值班，所以不會找到服務員幫助，這點要留意。」

「Staffs are very nice to help me to move my luggage. The hotel is very beautiful and warm. But the single room is very small for traveler, it’s a very convenient to go to underground」

「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」
