Perfect for a larger group of people. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Surrounding very nice, especially a nature bathing area in close distance.

Outside Historic Vienna

Comfortable stay for our family with two seven year old boys. The nearby Danube canal for swimming and the adjacent park were the boys delight. Vienna in July gets up to 90 degrees F but air conditioning is rare in rental homes.

Comfortable, well appointed flat in a nice neighbourhood.

Six of us from a university research group in Exeter, UK stayed in this property for a week while we attended the EGU conference. It was ideal in terms of the space and facilities offered and was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Although a fair way out of the city and an hour's walk from the conference centre, the property is within easy walking distance of a bus stop (to take us to the conference centre in about 10 minutes) and an underground train station (to take us into the city centre). Overall, an excellent choice for us!

Not ideal for Vienna visit

This is a quiet suburb. Taking public transportation took 1-1.5 hours one way into Vienna city center. So the location was not ideal for our visit. The plus was the size - there were plenty of rooms and beds for the eight of us. But only three chairs at the dining room table. The kitchen was not well stocked. There was a great local restaurant that was an easy walk - Restaurant Stranddomizil - with water front seating and a swimming area. We were disappointed that there was no access to the outdoor area, though it is visible in the photos and we assumed we would be able to use it.

Wirklich tolles Haus mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und Einkaufsläden. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Wir haben uns diese Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhiges Reihenhaus

Das Haus liegt ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Laufnähe. Mit Öffentlichen kommt man gut in die Innenstadt.Auf Anfrage wurde extra ein Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Esstisch war für unsere Familie mit zehn Leuten etwas zu klein.

Sightseeing

Die Wohnung ist mit Öffis gut zu erreichen, dem sigtseeing steht nichts im Wege. Ausstattung richtig gut, mit zahlreichen angenehmen Kleinigkeiten ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir, 6 Frauen würden wieder kommen.

Ruhiges Haus in einer Wohnanlage etwas außerhalb and der Donau

Wer es ruhig mag, für den ist das Haus genau richtig. Es liegt etwas außerhalb am Ölhafen. Die Einrichtung ist relativ sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung haben wir sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Die Betten inkl. Matratzen sind toll und wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Die Fenster lassen sich total abdunkeln, dazu gibt es Aussenrollos, Innenjalosien und Vorhänge. Die Fenster sind gut gedämmt, von Draußen oder z.B. den Nachbarn hört man gar nichts. Hier kann man wirklich ruhig und tief schlafen! Das "Multimedia-Center" im Wohnzimmer ist genial und hat unsere jüngsten Kinder gut unterhalten ;-) Die Küchengeräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert, neben einem großen Kühlschrank gibt es auch noch einen separaten Getränke-Kühlschrank. Der Check-In wird vom Gastgeber super organisiert, Mathias war bei Fragen immer erreichbar! Vielen Dank Mathias, wir kommen gerne wieder!
