We stayed at this Innere Stadt apt from September 1–4 and really enjoyed it. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with all the amenities as described.The location was very convenient — just a short walk to the canal, close to a grocery store, and with excellent access to public transportation, which made exploring Vienna easy.Host provided clear instructions for access, which made check-in simple, and allowed flexibility for our late arrival, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay and one we would happily recommend.

Vienna Stay

Apartment was in a great location, centralto the city Centre attractions. It was as advertised and was fully equipped and clean. Check in process was a bit confusing. We loved our stay there as a couple plus one other adult. There was a washer but no dryer. Hot water heating system was a bit confusing but we sorted it out. Highly recommended and happy to rebook if we return.

The apartment is clean, functional,located in an area that is great for walking to most attractions

Once we actually got in the apartment we we quite pleased. However, contact with the owners was nearly impossible. Since our departure point was more than 24 hrs from the start of our stay, we were not given directions or address of the unit. Attempts to reach anyone once we got into Vienna were not successful. I finally had to contact VRBO directly, and they managed to get an address. We were given a code to access the building, but the code failed. As there was no wifi available, I had to walk around to find an establishment that would allow me to use theirs. Another group of women were having the same problem getting in. They finally called and let me friend come into the building when they accessed it. The next hurdle was trying to get into the unit. The code I received was incorrect. The ladies who had the problem getting to their unit allowed me to use their phone to contact the company. I finally received a code that worked. Next door to our place was a small business, and the people in it said the couple who rented our unit the previous week were also locked out. This is a deplorable way to do customer service. I doubt I would stay here again unless I was given clear entry instructions before departing on my journey to Austria if the owners used the same management company for the unit.
