Superb South Facing Townhouse located in the award winning Parque da Floresta golf village. Idyllically situated between the fabulous coastline and the Costa Vincentina Nature Reserve in the peaceful and unspoilt Western Algarve, in a purpose built golf and leisure holiday resort. Our modern 2-bedroomed 2-bathroom townhouse enjoys an elevated position with stunning views over the golf course and the beautiful countryside and provides family sized accommodation suitable for both golfers and non-golfers, including families with children of all ages. Equipped with high quality furnishings and appliances including 42" LCD satellite TV with English free view channels. Fully equipped kitchen. Our patio, lawn, balcony and private roof terrace with sun loungers are ideal for enjoying the sun. Air-conditioned for summer. Heating and wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings. Heated swimming pool with sun loungers very close to the house.

Schönes Haus in gepflegter Anlage

Das Haus ist um einen kleinen Innenhof gruppiert, die Möbel und die Küche sind in gutem Zustand. Man merkt, dass das Haus gepflegt wird. Die Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr, Töpfe) ist für Selbstversorger vielleicht etwas knapp bemessen, man kommt aber zurecht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Leider ist das Haus etwas hellhörig, man bekommt einiges von den Nachbarn mit. Dennoch eine klare Weiterempfehlung, denn das Gesamtpaket stimmt: gepflegte Anlage, beheizter Pool mit Liegen und komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung.

Beautiful & clean house, fully equipped

The holiday house is very beautiful and the pool is very close to the property. The house is fully equipped and we did not miss anything during our stay. There are even 3 terraces which we enjoyed a lot.

Ideal base for exploring the area

Good communication with the owner. Property is in a very well maintained development that we know really well. 10 minute stroll through Budens village takes you to the main Intermarchè, or see if you can find the village bakery tucked away for fresh bread. Ò Tiago family run restaurant in the village is a must - ample portions & very reasonable. You'll need a car for exploring the Atlantic coast beaches Bordeira had a lagoon to paddle through to get to the main beach), Fort at Sagres, sunset at Castlejo, beautiful beaches at Ingrina, Salema & happy hour at Burgau, take the 300 steps down the cliffs from the lighthouse at Lagos & get personal boat trips round the grotto caves or splash out and get a catamaran from Lagos marina in the opposite direction to Benagil caves - you will not be disappointed!! We love this area of the Algarve, rugged, raw, unspoilt & the wind was very welcome too!

Delightful Stay
