「We lived the rental accommodation. The location was great! Quiet and yet close to beach and restaurants. We loved Casa Pizza. Our waiter, Hassan was absolutely wonderful! We would definitely book again.」

「Hemos pasado unas maravillosas vacaciones. La casa estaba genial y con todas las comodidades posibles. Todo muy limpio y con una perfecta comunicación para entrar, salir y cualquier duda y recomendación. 」

「Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen – es ist wunderschön und überzeugt mit einer tollen Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein kleines Manko war der Grill, der recht klein und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auch die Sonnenschirme waren leider nicht mehr in gutem Zustand und passten nicht in die vorgesehenen Halterungen, wodurch sie öfter umgefallen sind. Abgesehen davon hatten wir jedoch einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen」

「Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Ausstattung ist gut. Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, da unser Lieblingsstrand Figueira nur 10 Autominuten entfernt ist. Auch den Pool und die Möglichkeit, Tennis zu spielen, haben wir gerne wahrgenommen. Einzig allein gibt es in dem Haus ein paar reparaturbedürftige Dinge (Sonnenschirm, Duschschlauch), die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus!」

「Very nice accommodation with easy and short driving access to fantastic less busy beaches on the south and west coasts. The area has a chilled vibe. Great for active fun from surfing to SUP to coasteering. Even chilling. Helpful staff at the adjacent surf camp. 」

「It was such a wonderful stay here. The area is so relaxing and we spent each evening on the porch overlooking the ocean. Its a bit noisy as you are right above a bar, however it was expected being in the center of town. The home was absolutly wonderful and we enjoyed every minute here」

「Location is very good - check in was fine - have to say the actual property could use some updating - description says newly renovated. However, seems some things could use further updating especially bathrooms. All in all, it is an good space if you are ok with a little 'rough around the edges'」

「Our hosts were very communicative and met us at the property to show us everything. It had plenty of space, was very clean, and well equipped.The beach was literally no more than a five minute walk from our door, and there was a great view from the top deck (there was a second deck on a lower floor as well). We had a lovely time in Salema and wished we could have stayed longer!」

「The property is ok. It feels a bit unloved. The main bedroom blind didn’t work so we couldn’t use the room because firstly there is no natural light, but then the fire risk. The property needs a bit of care, it was hard to cook as the cooker took a long time to heat up. The communication was fine, and I got a partial refund because of the issue with the nlind」

「Una casa pequeña pero muy espaciosa, el sitio muy tranquilo y bonito. La piscina privada fue lo que más nos gustó! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía de unos días. Nuestras únicas sugerencias es actualizar las ollas para cocinar ya que varias de ellas están en mal estado y la calidad no es muy buena. También sugerimos actualizar el inodoro ya que no combina para nada con el estilo moderno de la casa. Es muy antigua y afea el espacio. Por último, recomendamos hacer un pequeño mantenimiento...

「We have been visiting the Western Algarve , Salem and Burgau for 40 years and have always stayed in a Villa. This was our first time staying in Burgau. The location of the property is perfect, walking distance to all facilities and the beach. Some great restaurants too.We did have a couple of issues which were resolved very quickly and with ease. Our only observations are that the property is a little dated inside in terms of decor, and we were slightly disappointed that there was no beach...

Auch die Lage im alten Teil von Salema und die Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Peter für die vielen guten Tips zu Restaurants und Unternehmungen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.」
