“I was nervous about booking this property because of some of the poor reviews. But I booked anyways because the location was right for our needs. Let me start by saying a don’t mind “rustic accommodations” but this place lacked care. There was trash from other guests in the fire pit, the yard and a bucket on the porch with waste. Upon entry it was clean, but as you go in there is a significant slope to the rear of the home, the linoleum is rippled, the porch is uneven with warped and has rotting……

“Would not stay here again. We knew there was no AC when we rented it, but didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to open bedroom and bathroom windows. There were ceiling fans which were inadequate for the hot, humid weather.
