"When we arrived, we were told the rooms were not ready yet ( 4:30 pm). The older receptionist told us, it wasn’t her fault that she could only do so much and she was at an age where she was not going to stress out. She said the housekeeping dept had failed to do their job and the front seat he not been notified. So, after Luke 1 hour of waiting, we got our keys. By that time there were a group of people waiting in the lobby. There was only 1 elevator, we had to get dressed so we took the stairs to the second floor. We get to our room and the keys don’t work. Had to go back down the stairs again to get them fixed. The room was ok, the lighting in the restroom was not too great. Other than that it was ok"

"There was 1 elevator working, making a wait going up to our room and down. Check in was past our 3pm time. For many customers. The television was not a smart T.V, for our kids, having youtube or another app for free kid shows. (We had to buy a roku stick to place into television, to get kid shows). Staff were nice, place was clean. The pool was ICE COLD, we couldn't swim because of that. Breakfast was alright rated C (as far as hotel breakfast goes), but the way they have the breakfast situated, a long line forms. "

"Front clerk old guy was rude, the lady was really nice. Pool dirty look black , breakfast was fantastic , my bathtub when ever we took a shower the water wasn't draining it was stuck . The lady doing breakfast was working by herself on sunday morning did a great job even when some random lady was being rude to her and recording her she still was nice and working hard. This lady went to go have breakfast almost at 10:00 if you want breakfast get up earlier dont need to be rude to the employee's. "
