「First and foremost I found the property on arrival to be as depicted in the ad material. Lovely home.... clean, comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Any questions I had for Jan were responded to promptly and with a sense of "caring". The location is excellent particularly if you enjoy sunsets while sitting on the backyard patio. Del Webb amenities are first class and there is a good community feel in this newest of the Del Webb Cal desert resorts. Would love to be back there right now!」

「Very easy dealing with John, excellent property with very quick access to any required amenities. Great location with Costco and Walmart nearby. The unit was very spacious and clean with a nice view backing onto the golf course.」

「I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!」

「Great place to stay for a retreat from Midwest winter. The unit was fine and close to the main pools which are the only ones heated in the winter. Well stocked unit. Agree with others that more indoor lighting would be a plus — especially in main bedroom.」

「The quietest stay we’ve ever experienced. Pretty neighborhood, very safe, with pretty lawn and landscaping. New and clean interior. Instant hot water in bathroom a plus. One of the master beds was really lumpy and creaky though, woke us up through the night. The other was much better, but we were lucky we were only two occupying a 2bed 2 bath. The amenities stated tennis, which we brought racquets for, but this property did not have courts. Maybe it was referring to a different property or...

「Checking in was not easy. Had to call local telephone number twice before we could even open the door. Could not figure out which door (there were two of them).」

「The community is well kept. Loved being able to walk to La Quinta Resort for morning coffee. And the cafe on property was great for breakfast. Only downside was finding street parking for this unit. Will stay again for sure.」
