「Pretty small hotel, with a very big signage on a main road. But it's so small that they don't have a proper reception, all check in and out and anything are done in the restaurant area. I don't think my stay is at the high season, but the hotel rate is far too overpriced. Service is not much since there's very few staff in the hotel, but they manned everything, front desk and a restaurant. It showed the lack of service in the breakfast time. The photos showed the two "over easy" fried egges...

「Very spacious and remember to book a room with balcony overlooking the square. Close to the Main Street and within walking distance to the metro or north train station where there is free shuttle taking you to the long distance train station. 「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria,all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm.It's ridiculous to me. 「First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? 「Tolles Hotel, sehr gut zum erreichen mit dem Taxi oder Öffis. Zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Abendessen im Restaurant konnte uns nicht überzeugen , Hamburger waren innen noch roh, als wir reklamiert haben wurden sie in der Mitte auseinander geschnitten und nochmals angebraten und die kalten Pommes wieder mitgeliefert.
