Wedding Week

Fantastic place for a stay with friends. It had everything you could ever need on a vacation. Location for us was great being just a couple miles from wedding venues and plenty of near by restaurants including HK and Zia Marie. There were 4 couples and the space was just perfect. All our friends that stayed all talked about coming here again. Parking can be a bit tough but we figured it out. Great place you have and maybe we will see you again! Oh yeah the wedding was fabulous at the Lesner Inn.

Great Location

The location is perfect, right on the beach. The condo was beautiful and clean. There is a grocery store one mile away, if you forget anything.We had rented a mini van and it was tricky parking it in the spot, however, by the end of our trip I was figuring it out. We had a comforter that wasn't clean, a 1/2 bath that was dripping and a garbage disposal that got plugged up. We were given the name of someone we could contact and he was quick to respond to our calls.Would I rent it again, ABSOLUTELY!

The house was the perfect location to be the 'home base' as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. And the ideal gathering space the day after the wedding. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but that's pretty much the case anywhere. Overall, we loved the property and will seek to stay there again when we visit.

House and location are wonderful! Located right on a nice quiet beach, clean, organized, provides you with all the essentials and great location for walking or driving to restaurants. Allow 5 extra minutes to pull out of car port especially when neighbors are home. Hosts were responsive without invading our vacation.

Girls Weekend

Our family had a wonderful time during our first visit to Chix beach! The owners have done a fantastic job of blending modern decor with a beach vibe that is elegant and cozy at the same time. The house was very clean with all the amenities one needs. The location is super convenient close togreat restaurants and bars with an added plus of friendly & welcoming neighbors.

Location location…easy access to the beach. The house very accommodating for a large family. Offered beach stuff. Outside area very nice with shaded and sun deck. Parking for 4 cars was a challenge.

Great weekend in a great property

We had our family Easter here. The weather was amazing which made the house, location and exterior amenities worth every penny. The hosts were accommodating which included one of my sons having to return to the property the next day to retrieve something left behind. They went above and beyond to ensure access. The beds were super comfortable and everyone had their own space - Most of us worked from home on Friday. The space was ideal and everyone had their own area - the only downfall is the WiFi wasn’t strong enough for all of our online tools being in use at the same time - My only recommendation is to touch up paint and stock the kitchen to match the nightly rental rate - We are looking forward to our next stay here!

We had a fantastic time and this beautiful condo on the bay! The place was meticulously cleaned and had everything we needed. My only regret is that the weather wasn’t nicer for us to spend more time on the deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

best time ever

We arrived exhausted and were so pleased to find everything at the house to be perfect, including coffee for the following morning. My husband fit in two ocean swims and my kids got to take walks on the beach, all very relaxing - while I turned the kitchen into a florist while putting together wedding flowers for yet another niece. Would love to stay here again, just for fun!!!!!
