Located 1 miles from sandbridge beach. Enjoy this incredibly private brick ranch sitting on two acres with wooded views. Equipped with all the comforts of home. Separate mud room with washer and dryer coming in from back deck. Has an outdoor cooking area with flat top and grill. Large lighted back deck with outdoor furniture for entertaining . Large fire pit. Enjoy country style living right next to the beach. Watch deer and other wildlife right out of the kitchen window. Lots of great restaurants within 5 minutes from the house. Located 10 minutes from Virginia Beach oceanfront.

Totally cool place

Overall a fun and nostalgic place to cook and have fun with family. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the front and back yard, deck etc. Everyone called it home base for the weekend and like the original family who lived there, we fished our hearts out!
