「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「Absolutely wonderful staff. Very small team but they run it like there are 20 of them. 30 seconds from the bus stop, greeted cheerfully when we arrived, filled out some forms and were shown to our room. It was nice and cozy, great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. Dinner in their restaurant was also great. The spa was fantastic. 「So comfortable, so close to the lifts! The staff is amazing, the restaurant with spectacular views. I felt like the staff was my extended family. They have all you will need: excellent breakfast, the restaurant with great local wines. Comfy place to work or play games. Sauna and massage. Not to mention all the help I got from a friendly driver, grounds keeper getting me out of a snow bank…. Very friendly, beautiful place overlooking the valley. Definitely coming back.」
