「Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. 「This hotel dates back to the Soviet era but has been refurbished and is right in the heart of downtown Belgrade. There's a really nice grocery store just around the corner — and the hotel is near the first McDonald's in the communist world. The included breakfast is really good and staff is super friendly.」
