「We enjoyed our visit to Westin, staff and concierge service was amazing. Rooms have good working air conditioning, beds are comfortable. Very safe at this resort. Pool and beach are very convenient. Golf course is excellent and beautiful. We used Eric Garcia in the blue Google shirt on the beach for all our Transportation and excursions. He was great communicator and provided excellent service … I high recommend using Eric for all excursions and transportation to and from the airport.」

Maggie checked us in and she was very kind & did a through job of showing us the place and amenities and was easy to get in touch with to communicate. She had a great sense of humor & was very patient and even carried my suitcase from my car to my room. This place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The lights at night around the pool are very beautiful. It is so convenient how walking distance close it is to all the shops and food...

「Would absolutely stay here again! Great Service, perfect small feel like you left town yet you are right in the middle of it. THE BEST in room Coffee as well. I loved the location, we did not drive at all for 3 days and did a lot. Easy 6 min walk to beach and less thatln that to MANY restaurants. Mini market right across street」

「Was a great room for my 4 days stay. Some rooms smells humidity a little bit too much but my room eventually got better after sone air circulation. Staff was nice. Location great.」

「The staff was super friendly when we needed help getting a taxi to go outside of town. There was also a situation where a drunk man followed us and the hotel staff helped protect us. They also provided great recommendations and the complimentary breakfast and welcome beverage was a perk. The bed was also extremely comfortable! Thank you!」

「The room wasn’t very clean, there was some garbage still I’m guessing when they cleaned didn’t sweep good or mopped. The sink had a drain strain and was dirty and it grossed me out because the water wouldn’t fully go down quickly. I didn’t even have a view through the window, it was high and covered with a lining so you couldn’t look outside. outside my room was an ugly area with a pile of dirt and black drapes, like they maybe remodeling or adding to the hotel.
