"The view from the balcony and pool is amazing although there are a few areas that the hotel could improve. The room aesthetics could improve. There was nowhere to sit but the balcony. No iron/microwave in the room and the closet lacked doors. I understand the decision to serve authentic Costa Rican food at the breakfast buffet but a variety of other foods could make it a bit better and tasteful. It was great to have shuttle transportation and all the drivers were super friendly! If the shuttle ran roundtrip all day that would make it better. It only ran for the first 15 mins of every hour. There were times we were done with our walk in town and had to wait for a good 20 mins for the shuttle. "

The space was very clean and felt inviting from the moment we arrived. The host went above and beyond by letting us leave our luggage on-site and use the outdoor shower after checkout after a surf session—such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended."
