「We received a warm welcome when we checked in. Our room was spotless and had quality bed/bedding etc. Also had a spacious, well appointed bathroom. We had an excellent night's sleep. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here. All the food was first class and everyone who served us was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Standard of Hotel is high and loved communal Lounge and kitchen but did miss having personal contact as no reception. Had booked a Standard double with a Court yard view to find there was no such view as window had opaque glass also very disappointed to find window sealed so unable to have any fresh air into room so no natural ventilation .A fan is provided but not the same. Would stay again but only if a room with natural ventilation was available. I do believe this should be made clear in...

「While the room was cheap it wasn’t very clean the shower was filthy the windows was filthy the vinyl the soap dispensers was very dirty, had a hand towel with the edges all frailed at the ends no light as you come out the room onto the landing I was left a soft brown banana that was left for the breakfast two days in a row and a slight brown apple . The breakfast sandwich was a cold defrosted bacon and sausage sandwich with the date it was frozen or defrosted on it I can’t remember. I’ve stayed...

They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious.
