“The front desk Team was very kind. I had a short and nice stay.”

“Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again.”

“Perfect little room in Walla Walla. Close to town and cozy room with a great view of the hills. The manager was great and kind! I'd recommend if you need something small and functional close to town and wineries 10 minutes away!”

“Such a beautiful property outside Walla Walla. Resort was very quiet, staff was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was made to order (from a menu selection) and was delicious. Room was cozy, but spacious and had fantastic views. It was chilly and rainy during our stay, but they had a lot of good amenities to use when the weather is more favorable, including a pool, bikes, and paddle boards on their pond. Walla Walla was about a 10-15 minute drive from the resort. If we are back in……

“Room was fresh and clean, no fragrances. Bed was comfortable and linens were new. Shower had good pressure and was hot enough. Fridge, micro and coffee maker much appreciated. Did not try the breakfast.”

“The guy who came late in the night to check us in was very nice. Great guy. However, I felt like I was staying in down town portland, I was scared to sleep in the he'd or walk around barefoot. There was a couple moving their belongings from one room across the parking lot to another room all night long. They were living at the motel. Which isn't an issue, it was the moving of their stuff all night long, right by our door and window. We slept and left. The smell is musty and stale. We were the……

“It was freezing last night and no extra blanket. But all in all they were very accommodating”

“Such welcoming staff and a very clean place to stay. We enjoyed the welcome booklet with information about the community and that it was up to date. We enjoyed discovering new things because of the information from the booklet. Such a nice surprise. The elevator needed a bit of maintenance done as some buttons were not working. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working and the a/c unit didn’t keep a constant temperature, but would work if we turned it off and then back on every few hours.”
