"The room.was filthy, dirty mirrors, marijuana smell all through the hallways, No towels, dirty linens, The A/C made weird noises..."

"They did not offer a breakfast for this price and when I asked about it the front desk told me , some get it but I am not sure why so....checking in was not friendly what so ever and I even had to have them come and fix my t.v. as it did not work plus had a large crack in the window. That person was not friendly either...it was very unsettling as well when I sent a message to the hotel manager and she just brushed me off. No apology , nothing, just that they fixed the t.v. and the crack in the window was just cosmetic so I really did not need to worry about either. The room itself was very unclean as well. I travel alot with my job and have never encountered such rudeness all the way around, from management to staff. Stay here if you don't want breakfast ( unless somehow you do get it, not sure how you are suppose to, lol) and do not care about being treated like an irritant. Very sad as this hotel is beautiful from the outside. I feel a lack of good management ."

"Great location for a short or long stay. Clean, safe, walkable location. Just a 10 minute walk to WSU campus. Pool, hot tub, large laundry facility. Our room had 2 comfortable queen beds, a sofa bed and a kitchen with dishes, pans, toaster, microwave, and full sized apt refrigerator. Good breakfast buffet each morning. Large stylish lobby seating and gathering area. We were here for 6 days and it was wonderful to have so much room to spread out. Very comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"Staff was friendly, beds were way too soft/mushy. Room was mostly clean, but could have been cleaner. Good location near campus. All in all, aligns with price point compared to other accommodations in the area."

"The hotel itself appears clean but our room had trash in the drawers, the shower drain stopper was broken and so was the sink stopper. Not the end of the world, but a minor inconvenience. Although, when you pay $300+ a night, you expect a little better."
