If you're going too Tennessee to ride it's a great house and location. We had 2 trailers, 6 bikes and a car.Paved roads the entire way to the house.It's located 7 miles from the entrance to the Foothills Parkway near Townsend. If you're trailering, you will want to come in only from Lemar Alexander direction. The roads are fairly flat just windy. Enjoy
