「We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us.」

「Good.」

「My remote was broken, so I brought it to the front desk. The lady was the most delightful and helpful ever. She couldn’t be more apologetic and kind. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.」

「The hotel is in a great location. It is clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. There is a fire feature in the center of a very beautiful sitting area. They have a pool. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.」

「Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious staff. Generous perks! Very close to Dollywood」

「The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great, and a beautiful view from the balcony.」

「Didn't realize pet friendly, I'm scared of dogs. their owners did well handle the pets should have second elevator.」

「Room was very large and spacious. Well laid out. Divider curtain between bathroom and beds was nice. Property is well located near restaurants and just across from The Island rides and entertainment area was directly across the street. Very pleased with the stay.」

「The property is practically brand new and well maintained. The staff was helpful, but not noteworthy. The breakfast was not nearly worth what they're charging for it. Weak coffee (colored water, more accurately), the oatmeal condiments were very old or nearly empty. Poor selection if breads. The coffee was the biggest swing and a miss.」

「Wonderful stay and very clean facility!」

「Great breakfast, pool area very clean, free parking, easy to find.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「The room was spacious and very clean. The property was very nice and well maintained. The only criticism I have is that the beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable for us. We prefer a softer mattress. But this is definitely one of the nicest and largest rooms we’ve had. We really were quite happy with it.」

「Pool great, breakfast good, but room cleaning needs a bit more attention,」
