“We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in a nice quiet rv resort. Short walk to the beach. There are restaurants and shops close by as well. The house suited our family perfectly. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the front porch every morning. Our host was really the best. They were very welcoming and communicative. If I had any questions they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Staying at the Smith House was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Kelly is a terrific host with great communication skills. She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location……

“Charming cottage in great location. Bedrooms are at separate corners of the home so good for privacy or little ones sleeping. House was clean, functional and communication was excellent. ”

“The house was plenty spacious enough for our family and had enough space for children to play on the back porch. Love that it was located across from a cut through path to go to the front pool and could walk to the beach in 7 min. The owner/management company were extremely responsive and directions were clear. Doors were a little tricky to figure out how to lock.”
