“The hotel is very pet friendly. More than one barkarhon in lobby. 3rd floor was a track for multiple kids. Breakfast was stellar 1st day, mediocre the next. Swimming pool was fithy dirty on top edges. Expected better for my money ”

“The hotel was in a wonderful area near restaurants, gas stations ect but the smoke smell was HORRIBLE! It flared my asthma up. That is my only complaint..otherwise nice hotel and location. Breakfast was pretty good.”

“Great room set up for family of 6 in the 2 bedroom suite. Great free hot breakfast. Stayed here for our mammoth caves visit. Perfect! ”

“We always stay at The Hotel Sync when traveling in Kentucky. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the coffee bar is great!”

“The place was super clean, but hear me clear when I tell you they had ZERO amenities! I thought for sure we would have to ask for tp! Not kidding! No soap, shampoo, hair dryer…. If you want anything you better bring it from home! The staff could have cared less!! They had a coffee machine in the lobby. That was it. To be such a nice hotel one would think they would at least provide bathroom amenities. The towels were cheap and small. We would have been better off at the motel 6 to be honest. If……

“The breakfast was great and beds were very comfortable.”

“Breakfast was a wonderful surprise with the unique egg station and omelets made to order. The variety of other items on the breakfast bar were excellent. The hotel is next door to Tony's Steakhouse. We had dinner at Tony's on our first night and had a great meal. Tony's ambience, food and staff were outstanding. I would definitely stay at Embassy Suites on my next visit to Bowling Green ! ”

“Clean room. Staff friendly. Mold by bathtub due to wet shower curtain. They should put a waterproof square near both sides”

“Waffle maker did not have spray release, they were completely out. Could not successfully make a waffle as it stuck to both sides of the griddle. Very dissatisfied as I look forward to having my Hampton Waffle when I travel.”
