“We loved our stay here! Basement apartment below an occupied house, but the noise above was muffled and not obtrusive. It is spacious and beautifully naturally lit all along one side by a row of ground-level windows. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and at night is pitch black, so our sleep was fabulous. Very very clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive. Would gladly stay again.”

“This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. We had fun playing games under the gazebo while horses munched on hay. There's lots of good hiking in the area too. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!”

“Both Pam and her brother were wonderful to text/call with and whatever questions I had were quickly answered. I asked about a place to hang clothes and a clothes rack with new hangers were immediately there!! Luckily my husband and I are physically fit and had no problems with the very steep stairs up to the bedrooms and bathroom. We appreciated their kindness.”

“We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. “Do not stay here. My wife and I have stayed in dozens of bnb’s over the years. This is clearly the worst. Filthy, run-down, dingy, trashy. Either the photos and reviews in the listing are fake or very old. The place is literally falling apart.It’s described as pet-friendly, but there were numerous ant baits on the floor in easy reach of pets (or children). We found one in our dog’s mouth just as she began playing with it. Fortunately, the plastic wasn’t punctured before we retrieved……

“The neighborhood is a little dicy but we didn’t feel like we were in danger. It’s just kind of run down. The house was clean. Spacious. There are two queen beds and a twin not the queen and a full as described. Maybe they were confused because there was a full size headboard for one of the queens. 25 minutes from the Log Cabin where we had a wedding. Would have been nice if the code had been changed so my daughter could have gotten in with no hassle….oh well. All in all- not a bad experience. ”
