“We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back”

“Everything was great! The condo was super cute, the resort was beautiful. Jennifer is a fantastic host.”

“The place was not very clean when we got there. Reached out to Vic the manager and he had the cleaning team back the next morning. Vic is a great manager and responded quickly to anything else we had questions about. This place needs a deep deep clean. The furniture is dirty. The mattresses are good, but needs all new bedding. For the amount of money people pay to rent this place I was expecting it to be a little nicer”

“Very spacious clean room. Loved the close parking space. Very near the elevator that was also nice. Zero complaints and will definitely book again ”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The room is right off the elevator and made for easy unloading of all our beach things. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking the basics. Would definitely stay again!”

“Exactly as described and communication with the host was very timely. The view from the balcony was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place for the price. All the restaurants you need 100 yards from the front door. Beach access was great.”

“Ok”

“The host was very available to us; the space was very cozy.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach was just steps away, and the views were absolutely beautiful!!!”

“I really have no idea about anything to do with property. My mom was in a car accident 6 days prior to check in and hospitalized. Cracked ribs, sternum, bone contusions and skin tears from airbags. Bruised and beat up. Trauma unit to SCIU, ICU and so on. She is days away from being 77 years old, I could not leave her in her condition with no one to help and take care of her. I was told they would remove my stay and try to rebook. If they were able to rebook they would refund my money. My stay……

“Very spacious condo. The master bathroom is fabulous. Loved watching the boats on Ole River and the bay. Would highly recommend.”

“The property was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed and the condo was close to everything. The only issue was the walkway to beach which normally wouldn’t be a problem but my husband has trouble walking and it was a little unsteady with broken boards. That said others staying at the location had no problems.”

“Got”

“The unit was not cleaned very well upon arrival. Walking on the bare floors left black on one's feet. There also were dirty child/baby footprints on the window sills. Unfortunately, we did not call the property manager, as they were very responsive to issues that did arise, but we didn't have the time to vacate and allow re-cleaning of the unit.We also find the lack of paper products or other cleaning items not very welcoming, as most other VRBOs at this price level provide sufficient toilet……
