“We had the best time at the Lemon Zest Cottage! Our pups felt right at home and had a nice fenced in area to play in.The hosts Betty and Derek are amazing to work with and she has everything you and your pups may need! She went beyond Southern Hospitality! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the property was. Beds and dog beds were comfy and clean!! Close to NAS Pensacola. We will be back!! This is a 5 star place to stay with or without your pets. Thanks again!! The Flaherty family”

“Villa Monica is a charming property, perfect for couples and pet owners. It has a full kitchen; modern bathroom with a rain shower and wand; spacious dining area; plenty of room to relax and watch TV; comfortable bed. The villa offers privacy on a large, fenced lot. This is a roomy, quiet retreat.”

“The home was absolutely beautiful!!”

“Our stay was welcoming as the property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space, beautiful yard. My next trip to this area, I will seek out this hostAlan”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and well-appointed. Well worth it!”

“We really enjoyed our stay, condo was perfect, could use some brighter light bulbs, but everything went very well. We will be back”

“Doesn’t have an ice machine”

“The place was not very clean when we got there. Reached out to Vic the manager and he had the cleaning team back the next morning. Vic is a great manager and responded quickly to anything else we had questions about. This place needs a deep deep clean. The furniture is dirty. The mattresses are good, but needs all new bedding. For the amount of money people pay to rent this place I was expecting it to be a little nicer”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The room is right off the elevator and made for easy unloading of all our beach things. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking the basics. Would definitely stay again!”

“Very spacious clean room. Loved the close parking space. Very near the elevator that was also nice. Zero complaints and will definitely book again ”

“We stayed at this property in July 2026. Great location and being on the 4th floor make it easy access to beach, Rooms were clean and HVAC cools the place perfectly. The only issue we had was with the elevators, There are three and one was not working during the trip. Since this is a busy time of the year, there was a bit of a wait depending on the time of day. But, being on the 4th floor makes it easy to bypass this situation.I would recommend staying here!”

“The host was very available to us; the space was very cozy.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach was just steps away, and the views were absolutely beautiful!!!”

“I really have no idea about anything to do with property. My mom was in a car accident 6 days prior to check in and hospitalized. Cracked ribs, sternum, bone contusions and skin tears from airbags. Bruised and beat up. Trauma unit to SCIU, ICU and so on. She is days away from being 77 years old, I could not leave her in her condition with no one to help and take care of her. I was told they would remove my stay and try to rebook. If they were able to rebook they would refund my money. My stay……
