“The hotel is very pretty and picturesque. Housekeeping and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite.
Reception was the exception. Nothing major, but when we arrived, staff weren't sure about simple things like parking or whether we could use the business centre, and kept having to check with each other. A smile and a warm, friendly greeting would also go a long way. It's the first impression guests get, so it's a shame it didn't match the rest of the stay.
The air-con in my room……
