Top Warwickshire Hotel Reviews

Warwick Castle Hotel and Knight's Village
8/10 Good
"We were there for a wedding and stayed for one night only.Everything was great and we had no complaints"

Walton Hall Hotel & Spa by Sunday
8/10 Good
"We had a good clean spacious room in the old house. The bathroom was bright and clean but we could have benefitted from a non slip mat in the shower/bath. The place is a little tired and could do with sprucing up but the grounds and antiquity of the place made up for that. The leisure centre pool area was too hot and there was no way to cool down after a sauna as the showers were a fixed temperature. The bar and restaurant were good for the price with a reasonable choice of standard dishes. Overall good value for money but could be a lot better."

The Warwickshire Hotel and Country Club
10/10 Excellent
"Place was great. Beautiful views, food was so-so nothing to write home about, but the facilities were clean and nice pool and sauna. Will come back."

Coombe Abbey Hotel
8/10 Good
"A beautiful building, no air con but they did provide a fan No water in the room which was a disappointment especially given the recent hot spells Dinner was excellent Breakfast was expensive for what it was - a quality hotel should do table service for a cooked breakfast not leave things in a help yourself buffet"

Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Good standard of hotel with clean rooms, helpful staff and a great location for the centre of Stratford"

The Swans Nest Hotel
8/10 Good
"The location and staff were great. Rooms clean but hotel tired and needs refurb in hall ways. The Full breakfast option was absolutely AWFUL! "

The Belfry
8/10 Good
"The Belfry is a beautiful hotel set within stunning green landscapes, making it a fantastic destination for golf enthusiasts. We stayed in a Superior Terrace Room, which allowed us to sit outside, watch the golfers, and enjoy the lovely views overlooking the lake. It was a peaceful and relaxing setting. The only downside was that our room didn't have a minibar or fridge. For the standard of room we booked, this felt a little outdated, especially for a hotel that welcomes guests from all over the world. When I called to request a bucket of ice, I was told there would be a £4 charge. Considering there was no fridge in the room, this seemed quite expensive for such a basic request, so I decided to go and get some ice myself instead. Aside from this, we had a wonderful stay. As it was my partner's birthday, the hotel kindly gave him a complimentary birthday drink voucher, which was a thoughtful gesture and a lovely touch that made our visit even more special. This version is suitable for a hotel review and sounds polished while remaining fair and constructive."

Lea Marston Hotel
8/10 Good
"Clean large room with comfy bed and bedding. Good tea and Coffee facilities, exceptional shower - this was very welcome. The Spa was great, had a lovely Elemis Facial/ Sadly the food was not great, the Belly Pork and mustard mash for my evening meal was very very dry, tough and very chewy. The restaurant area looks like it might be having a upgrade, perhaps better to try once upgraded. Breakfast was served in the room and was very good, although I did receive the incorrect cereal, but did not complain as was in a rush. I would definitely stay there again, but probably on a bed & breakfast basis rather than half board."

Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel & Spa
8/10 Good
"We stayed in mid July. The hotel has a nice vibe but is looking a little bit tired in places and in need of a bit of a spruce. The rooms were incredibly hot. a fan was supplied but it was pretty ineffective. I hate to think what it would have been like during the height of the heatwave when temperatures were 10 degrees hotter. Hotel is well located for the centre of town with everything within a short walking distance. Didn't eat at the restaurant but did use the bar. Staff friendly."
