「Last minute booking and was very lucky to have a lakeside view double room which I must say the view. Checked in and was welcomed by two lovely young ladies on the desk who were amazing! Rooms are lovely, smart tv’s and perfect space. We were having issues with the TV and WiFi connection, immediately sorted by the manager who kindly changed our room to solve this issue. So grateful and was an amazing stay! We will definitely be back, so relaxing and a lovely walk around the lake. Online pictures...

「All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45. The server did his best but was over powered with the demands of trying to keep up with the orders. Maybe the kitchen staff were understaffed as...

「View from balcony was gorgeous. Restaurant food was delicious as was breakfast. Vineyard to wander to made it that much more special too. Who’d have known - in Wales!! 」

「The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Overall this was a great location directly across the street from Cardiff Castle. It was frantic because of the annual half-marathon attended by 29000 people (which we were not aware of at the time of booking) and the lifts were broken, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and everything worked as it should, but the rooms are showing their age a bit. They needed more staff at dinner but food was quite good.」

「The hotel is wonderful, excellent food. Spa is brilliant. Staff are helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to visit near by. We are staying again in December.」
