“First of all, if you book this property you're going to get hundreds of messages from the host prior to even going with several forms to fill out and online check-ins to complete and upgrades to buy, etc. We paid $269 for one night plus an extra $50 for a pet plus they then wanted extra money to check in early or check out late or reserve parking because there's only 3 parking spots in the back (for A LOT of rooms). “The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and they were very responsive to any requests I had. I ended up canceling my other hotel reservation to stay another night here, and Heather gave me a discount without me even asking! She saved me $50 and it made the stay even more reasonable and affordable and it already was affordable and you get more than you expect, especially right at the beach. “Wonderful studio apartment type suite, well-maintained and very clean and comfortable. Boardwalk is a few blocks walk down the street with good food and fun. Beautiful beach view from window and balcony. Staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend for a single, couple, or small family. Hope to return soon.”

“We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. “Everything was clean (although the carpets could use a deep cleaning). The staff were very friendly (although one gave us wrong information about the cancellation policy, but it didn't matter in the end, for we were happy to stay on). I like the lounge.
