"Stayed at Motel 6 Lakeland, FL and had a pretty disappointing experience. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable right away. It also seemed like many people are living at the property, with groups hanging around outside the rooms throughout the night. There was a lot of noise, and it didn’t quiet down until around 3 a.m., making it hard to get any rest. Overall, not a great stay."

"Spotlessly clean, felt like we were the first people staying here. Was not missing anything. Much better than a hotel room. FYI - A flight of steps from front door to living level, another flight of steps up to bedrooms."

"Kitchen, Laundry, bedding, bathroom, Towels etc. all were excellent. Better than expected. Nice place, looks like a recent remodel. Owner needs to advertise that you need to bring a steaming service to obtain local channels, 3 TV’s. Supplied with Roku, Amazon fire stick and Netflex."
