“Lived our stay going back in August food was amazing”

“I arrived with 2 young children at 7:30pm and I had to go into the bar looking for a member of staff to check us in. It was a very warm day and I asked for bottles of drinking water and was told they were in our room. There weren’t any in the room so I had to go back downstairs to ask for our water bottles to be filled with drinking water. Despite booking a room for 3 people there were only 2 bath towels in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned properly- there was a pink sticky mark on the……

“Room was clean and redresged daily. Breakfast was excellent as was food in evening. Staff including cleaners were all polite and helpful. Location from decking overlooks prom and beach. Overall a great place to stay”

“The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend.”
