Perfect location

Plenty of room for our group of 16. Beautiful views of the ocean from the top 2 floors. We all enjoyed the pool each day, especially the kids! The beach was a short walk from the house.

Family Vacation

This property was very impressive. Loved the view from the top floor. The bathrooms were very clean. The broken microwave was replaced while we were there and did not inconvenience us at all. Also loved the safety gate at the top level. Only suggestion would be to put blow dryers in the bathrooms, at least one each level. And the only handicapped bathroom was on the bottom level which was a little crowded With the pool table and foosball table and it was difficult to Get to the washer and dryer and bathroom.get to.

Beauty by the Beach

The location and view from the top deck can't be beat. The home layout is well thoughtout and the entertainment options from the game room, pool, hot tub and beach....plenty to do. While it's not in the listing there are TONS of beach toys and pool floaties. The beds were very comfortable all the adults commented on this. You don't feel cramped even with a large family. The cleanliness was a bit lacking, we found ourselves cleaning a crazy amount of dog hair from from the rugs, sticky spots on railings and such. We tend to keep a tidy home so I wish they provided some basic cleaning products. A working vacuum, decent broom, and container and bleach wipes would be enough. That would help with overall maintenance of the home. We purchased cleaning sprays and wipes but not everyone does....hence the sticky spots. Overall the cleanliness wouldn't prevent me from staying there again. It's a pretty fantastic place to stay!

Poorly Cared for Property

If you like water leaking everywhere, bathrooms backing up, electrical issues and a constant stream of maintenance people coming and going this is the place for you! If you prefer a place that is a good value for your money and an owner that cares look elsewhere. According to the maintenance people that came, all the issues we experienced were known previously and apparently the owner is too cheap to fix them or doesn't care enough about his guests who pay a lot of money for the property to fix the known issues. We experienced water leaking all over the kitchen and dinning room on the 4th floor which affected the floor below with water leaking into the bathroom for 3 days making it unusable. Then all of the bathrooms but 1 was backing up so everyone staying in the house had to share 1 bathroom for over 2 days. And for the entire week the lights around the pool area did not work because of a broken breaker. This is an easy fix, $7 part and 10 minutes could have fixed the issue which apparently had been broken for quite some time. The area was great and the beach access was fantastic but unless you want to deal with issue after issue for the week then I suggest you look at different houses.
