“Everything excellent ”

“Very nice Hotel .staff was very friendly and helpful. I would've like see them have more staff. And think it they need do better job cleaning and sweping. Look like to me maintenance had done some Drywall repair work. And didn't clean up very well. Overall I would recommend staying there. It's in nice location and sets off main road a bit. Ok only down side was No Elavor and main Bar was only open Thursday to Saturday and limited hrs in the evening ”

“This place is so very nice. Love the whole key west vibe. Rooms are very clean and the bed we slept in was so very comfortable. The lady that was working that evening was awesome. Her name is Tammy. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone. ”

“This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. I wish there had been wipes of some……

“Wow, this property and staff were awesome! This is definitely a 4-5 star hotel!! The only bad things was that they would run out of pool towels all of the time but the staff was still awesome about that!! Thankyou for a lovely stay with my kids!! And the hours of the pool were awesome, breakfast was till 10am every morning even on a weekday, and checkout wasn’t until noon. So relaxed and comfortable!”

“Clean and excellent staff , tub drain very slow and we didn’t realize till later our door didn’t lock when we left the room, nothing stolen of course but we could only lock it from the inside but we alerted the staff so it could be fixed , very quiet place and we would consider a revisit ”

“While they have recently renewed flooring in halls and rooms, overall general condition is average. Beds comfortable and everything worked as expected. Being a college town with several other hotels in the area, they are average, compared to Hampton and Holiday Inn for example. In town for Ohio basketball game and while they all inflate rates when they can, the price while reasonable compared to others, still not justified. Breakfast ended at 9:30 on a weekend, prefer 10 or 10:30, especially……

“Clean room, comfortable bed, good WiFi and TV. However , room was freezing when I came in. So I turned on heat, went to dinner for 1 1/2 hours to let it warm up. Bathroom still cold, but tolerable. ”
