“This hotel, which could be a nice place to spend one or several days in Brandon:
1. There is no reception desk or anyone to attend your visit, in spite of having booked in and paid for one double bedroom last Wednesday. There is a written notice in a paper asking that in case of an emergency the visitor call two different numbers. None of them replied or returned the call.
2. After having tried to get someone at least on the phone, we decided to go out and look for another hotel. In front of the……

“Room was clean with a modern bathroom and comfortable.
We didn't spend time in the hotel bar or restaurant but did have a drink outside where there were some tables for diners. Service was fine, but when we got up to leave the next morning the reception and bar area were all locked up (8:30am). In the end I had to call the hotel to find out how to check out and was told to just leave the key in the room and go. This wasn't really an issue for us, but it would have been better to be told of……

“The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while.
The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee.
The shower was lovely and hot.
I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough.
Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere.
I was solo travelling and the staff were more than happy to chat while I enjoyed my drink at the bar.
I didn't have the breakfast as……
