"My sheets had blood stained on them and they did not appear clean. I was provided new sheets, but they did not have any clean king comforters so I was given a queen size for my king bed. I opted to check out without staying the night. I was not able to receive a refund because the hotel manager would not approve a refund to Hotels.com to refund my credit card. I was very unsatisfied with the condition of the room and the service I received."

"We had just an okay stay at this hotel. THe most concerning aspect was the lack of staff present to help. In the morning (from 7- 9 am), there was a locked grail across staff welcoming center and no note about whether staff may be back or not. Similarly, arriving at night, the staff presence was minimal. The room was quite dated and worn, with stains over the outside and inside of the refrigerator and multiple stains in the bathroom. By the way, this hotel brand does not provide hand towels. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."

"This is the most filthy hotel I’ve ever encountered in my life. There were smears on the walls, trash and debris underneath the sink/counter, the air/heat didn’t work, window didn’t lock, unprofessionally hand written signs taped to all the things out of order and staff looked like they just came off the street corner. Also my deposit was not refunded until after I called to inquire about it. The whole place and its staff are sketchy!"

"A mini refrigerator and microwave were presided. The bed was comfortable. It was not a high end hotel, but it served its purpose well. Check in and check out were efficient"

"We’re not from the area so we requested extra blankets and when the staff brought them up, they look like they were 50 years old. They had holes on them and were ratty and just torn up. It’s very weird very strange and the coffee in the rooms it’s kind of nasty tasty some offbrand could be a better well-known brand more options just in general other than that the property is excellent great location, easy parking for the hotel to validate 10 bucks a day nice and easy come and go as much as you want."
