“Hilton Paper Valley has been our home away from home since our Lawrence student started the college journey a few years ago. We love it! The staff, the breakfast buffet, the rooms, the views, the location, Lombardi's, short walk to Lawrence, nearby parks, parades and farmers' markets! We will miss our several times a year trips to Appleton and our stays at the Hilton Paper Valley. “This is a former Marriott property, and has really nice room design, even though some of it is a bit worn, dated, or tired. I was never willing to pay the rate when it was a Marriott, so this is a good compromise. Everything was good, nothing was actually terrible, and the price was good. Will stay again.”
