“The host Robert was so responsive and any questions we asked he was quick to respond and was so accommodating. The house is set up perfectly. The kitchen had all of the utensils and items and even additional things that we wouldn’t have expected. The beds were super comfortable And having the two full baths was awesome for our family. “This is a really nice place to stay for a vacation. It's located in a golf course with woods and ponds around, very quiet and beautiful. The living room, as showed in the listed picture, has large windows bring the natural view around into your eyes directly. Room is very clean, nicely renovated in modern style. The host Allison and Michael are super nice and patient, always promptly respond to my messages. The golf car is a plus, we enjoyed driving around exploring. Our pup enjoyed his stay……

“This is a quaint older home in an excellent location in Clayton. You can actually see the Antique Boat Museum from the front yard. Off street parking. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Home had everything essential we needed for our 4 day stay. Appreciated laundry, 2 bedrooms, cleanliness, tissues, chairs in bedrooms, comfy sheets, etc etc. Pet friendly ! ”

“The cottage was absolutely gorgeous and decorated very tastefully. The backyard was very nice with a fireplace and lawn chairs the view of Cherry Island and Point Salubrious was stunning with the trees changing colors. The view from the downstairs bedroom looking out at the lake was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend renting this cottage. We had a great time vacationing there. ”

“Our host Jennifer was great; answered any questions we had very promptly. The location is great, as we expected, a short 5 min walk to the main street. The home was exactly as advertised, excellent condition and very clean and tidy. We loved our 2 night stay and would definitely stay there again. The only negative (small) is if you are serving meals to more than 2-3 people the high top table can be somewhat limited. It was fine for our dinner for two. Thanks for a great experience.”

Very clean, homely and had everything that you would need and more (including things that you may have forgotten).Full instructions on how to use things were included. Although at this point there is no WiFi, Kevin immediately responded to text messages and facilitated access from his own, at his house. Easy to find, great location and a definite place to revisit.
