“The gentleman working the front counter who checked us in was wonderful! He was very kind and even recommended a dinner spot for us. The hotel itself was cute with a rustic cabin vibe. The location was walking distance to everything else in the area, and there was a beautiful creek behind it. I would absolutely recommend this place.”

“Contactless check in and check out, no main office. The hotel was just a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs and was just off the highway, but super quiet and peaceful. Rooms were clean, and well stocked. Breakfast in the mornings was great! Only minor complaint was some noisy neighbors upstairs. Otherwise a great stay! ”

“My husband and I came into town for a friend's wedding. This property fit the bill with the cleanliness, comfortability and price range! It seems to be a well kept property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again. The only slight downside was the hit tub wasn't functioning but we didn't mind too much as we were busy with the wedding. ”

“This is an historic property in the historic town of Silverton Colorado. We felt our stay was outstanding! Our room and bath were immaculate. The bedding was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the lobby and furnished bar area. While the hotel does not serve alcohol, guests are welcome to sit in the bar area and visit, watch TV and play games. A full commercial kitchen is also available for guests to use. The Avon is dog-friendly, and our pooch enjoyed meeting the other……

“We really liked the location of this property. The room was spacious and spotless and the property manager was available for a quick question after hours. We really enjoyed having the bicycles available at no charge to ride to dinner and back as well. Lovely stay!”
