"The hotel is beautiful. But the bed was uncomfortable, the restaurant was closed and there was no AC. Also I didn’t realize it was $38 extra per day for parking. You have to valet a car because there’s no self park option. We only stayed one night so I didn’t get the opportunity to use the spa but it was nice that they offer yoga classes etc. "

Incredibly kind, incredibly accommodating and just thank you to the staff for going above and beyond when my son got sick. I loved that the check in process was all electronic and that our room number and code was sent to us via text. We arrived late in the evening so this was very convenient for us. "Loud refrigerator and lopsided bed made this one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Pics on website don’t really show how small the rooms actually are. Just enough room to walk around bed and then a small bathroom area. Was sent a bill for an additional $80 after website said I had paid in full and then charged $100 instead for a room hold. Minimally responsive staff. "
