“Staff and views were Amazing! I would recommend a deep window cleaning of the entire building the views are breathtaking but windows are very dirty. Same for all the wood through the room and hotel.”

“The staff was nice. However, when we got there the pool was dirty. They cleaned it but for the 2 days we stayed there it smelled super strong of chemicals. The breakfast was also not great. It was some fruits and yogurt. and some waffle mix that had been sitting in the fridge for a while.”

“Super clean, but we were completely locked out and unable to check in at 1 AM when our flight landed and was delayed. It took an hour for a resolve. There were 2 towels for a 4 day stay, and amenities are slim to none. It’s by the lake but we had 2 bath towels for the entire stay with no option for lake towels. Luckily it’s by a target but we had to buy quite a bit of stuff.”
