“Handicap parking had no signage. Even though it was painted Handicap. No one cared they parked like it was regular spot. Staff didn't tell them otherwise. I'm Handicap and I had to use a regular spot. Had to call desk due to loud music from guest drinking outside my room Will not be staying here again”

“The main parts of the hotel are clean. The restaurant serves good food. My room was really nice. As far as the room goes, I rate it with some 4 and 5* hotels I've stayed in. Pleasantly surprised. ”

“It was an ok stay for just an overnight after a flight. Staff was nice and polite. Airport shuttle service was good. But the facility needs updated and maintained. Put on the 5th floor- no big deal, until the elevator broke and I had to haul luggage downstairs the next morning. And the stairwell had trash in it like someone was living/hanging out there. Kind of scary as a single woman. And j just saw the biggest cockroach in my life. The whole facility also smells really musty, like it recently……

“Property itself in the room. The pool area is also great. The only problem is when you dial the one 800 number for the code hotel you reach a lady when I consulted with her about early check-in. She said that was no problem Anything after 2 PM there was no charge before 2 PM. It was $100 so I opted for the 2 PM. I get on property in the gentleman would like no we can’t accommodate you. I said I spoke to the lady that you your number was 2 o’clock, no no no I just wish that they were on the same……
